Nov 13, 2019. #1. Hello. I have an issue with my disco 4. I can get the engine to start but the gear selector will not turn from P. It rises up but will not turn. Brake pedal pushed and all brakes lights working. I have tried a hard reset (disconnecting negative battery lead for 20mins) and still the gear selector is locked in P.

Software Won't Update. 2022 Discovery Sport. Says updates downloaded ready to install. Tried 10 times. In WIFI out of WIFI with hot spot, both manual and scheduled. In end says did not update. Went to dealer. They had same issue. Said put in a ticket with Land Rover.
