If I plant the throttle, the boost gauge jumps to that 21lb mark, but then slowly ramps down as the engine builds revs. Shift to the next gear, and it'll go back to full boost, and slowly ramp down as the engine builds revs.

The flywheel bolts are 45Nm followed by 65 degrees which is pretty tight. The clutch bolts are 25Nm.
